If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within seven days of your purchase.
Our candles are hand-poured and are very well scented throughout the entire candle.
You will have virtually no waste as the jars burn clean down to the bottom.

How to Order
Orders may be placed by filling out the form found on each page. Once we receive your order we will contact you regarding your preference for payment or you may choose to use PayPal.  Included in the total cost will be actual shipping charges. Checks and Money Orders
Please make checks and money orders payable to Kota Kandles.  If paying by check, please allow sufficient time for your check to clear before order processing. Checks returned for NSF will be charged a $30.00 fee.

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 days after receipt of payment.
